A truly immersive experience, where the cyberpunk world embraced the hacker culture, blending seamlessly with it. This was the second edition of SAIBORG®! 60 hackers, among organized teams and brave lone wolves, came from every corner of Italy, from Calabria to Lombardy, answering the call with enthusiasm. The atmosphere was unique: a perfect mix between cyberpunk vibes and the intense action of hacking. Every corner of the room emanated digital vibes, with neon lights, cyberpunk music, and palpable energy (so much so that it literally caused a blackout :) that kept everyone on the edge of their seats. The competition was fierce and ruthless, as the hackers had to put their skills to the test to overcome a hostile digital environment filled with advanced defenses. From enumeration to cracking, through exploitation and bypassing sophisticated security systems such as firewalls, IDS, IPS, WAF, and antivirus, each step represented a challenge to overcome with ingenuity and speed. The hackers operated until late in the evening, always remaining in "stealth mode" and trying to climb the rankings without being detected. The entire setting felt like it came straight out of the pages of William Gibson, amidst adrenaline-pumping "Boosting Kits" and an electric atmosphere that amplified every keystroke. SAIBORG® proved that Italy can have a significant voice in the hacking world. We have highly talented individuals, a vibrant and pulsating underground scene, and, above all, we wanted to demonstrate with boldness that hacking is not business, but a real attitude. This is just the beginning: the future promises even greater challenges, and the community can't wait to take them on!
Aware that: Every line of code written is an act of rebellion, a declaration of independence in a system that seeks to control. Hacking is not just about access; it's a statement of existence, a claim to one's freedom in an increasingly surveilled world.
